4. Warranty and Liability
fywanau offers a 5-year workmanship warranty on all electrical installations performed by our team, provided the equipment has been used as intended and maintained properly. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
5. Customer Obligations
- Customers must grant access to the premises and ensure all necessary approvals and permits are secured unless otherwise arranged.
- Any alteration to the original scope must be agreed upon in writing.
- Customers should comply with all local laws and safety regulations.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Project cancellations must be communicated in writing. Depending on the stage of work, cancellation fees may apply. Refunds of deposits are subject to deductions for any materials purchased or work completed.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information collected through our contact and quote forms is securely stored and used solely for service delivery and communication purposes. fywanau is committed to protecting your privacy.
8. Governing Law
